- Corporate, $1,550.
- Women, $830.
- Associate, $830.
- Veteran, $830.
- Age 20 to 24, $375. (Includes all students and applies for the 2012 Academic Year)
- Age 25 to 29, $425.
- Age 30 to 34, $635.
- Junior Full Playing, $265.
- School Student, $155.
