The Smeaton Cup was won today by Simon Thompson and Pat Taita with a 2/1 win over Edward Ohlrich and Michael Smith. The Plate winners were John Jarvis and John Forrester.
With a convincing 4 and a half to 1 and a half win over Taieri, our Senior A team won this year's Metropolitan Senior Pennant competition. The match was played in fine but cold winter conditions at the Balmacewan Course.
